Before you email about a plumber
If your issue is with work performed, contact the plumbing company directly first. They're the party to the transaction, and most problems are resolved faster that way. If that doesn't work, tell us — we act on patterns.
We can remove a company from our network, and we do. We cannot mediate a billing dispute, order a refund, or compel a plumber to return — we aren't a party to your agreement with them. For unresolved disputes, your state contractors board or consumer protection office has actual authority.
