Information we collect
Phone call data
When you call PlumbLinker, our call routing partner records the following automatically: your phone number, time and duration of call, the ZIP code or city associated with the call, and the plumber the call was routed to. We do not record audio of your call as a default practice.
Website usage data
When you visit plumblinker.com, our website analytics tool records anonymous usage data: pages visited, approximate location (city-level, derived from IP), device type, browser, and referrer. We do not use cookies that track you across other websites. We do not use Google Analytics or similar trackers that link your activity to other services.
What we do not collect
- We do not require account creation or signup to use the service
- We do not collect your email address unless you contact us directly
- We do not collect financial information (no credit cards, no bank details)
- We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license info, or any government identifiers
How we use information
Phone call data is used to:
- Route your call to an appropriate plumbing professional in our partner network
- Report call volume and quality metrics to our partner plumbers
- Resolve disputes (e.g., if a plumber claims a call wasn't a real lead)

Who we share information with
When you call PlumbLinker, your phone number is shared with the plumber the call is routed to (necessary so they can call you back if needed). That plumber may store your number in their own records under their own privacy policy.
We share aggregate, non-personally-identifiable call volume data with our partner plumbers for billing and reporting.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any data we have associated with your phone number, or request that we delete it, by emailing privacy@plumblinker.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale (we do not sell). Email privacy@plumblinker.com to exercise these rights.
Children's privacy
PlumbLinker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Substantive changes will be announced on our homepage.
