How PlumbLinker Works

Last updated: May 18, 2026

You don't pay anything to use PlumbLinker. Here's exactly what happens when you call.

Step 1: You call our local number

Each city and ZIP code page on PlumbLinker shows a local phone number for that area. Tap to call — most pages have a sticky "Call Now" button at the top of the screen.

Call us 24/7. We do not close on nights, weekends, or holidays. Plumbing emergencies don't wait, neither do we.

Step 2: We route your call to a local plumber

When you call, the line is routed through our system to a plumbing professional in our partner network who serves your area. Most calls connect to a live human within seconds. If a plumber doesn't pick up immediately, the call is routed to the next available pro in the network.

The plumber will ask about the nature of the emergency, your address, and confirm they can dispatch.

Step 3: Plumber dispatches

Once the plumber confirms the job, they'll head to your address. Most emergency plumbers in our network can arrive within 30-60 minutes, depending on time of day and traffic.

What it costs you

Always get the diagnostic fee confirmed before the plumber starts work, and ask for an itemized estimate of any repair before authorizing it.

What if the plumber is bad?

Plumbers in our partner network are licensed in their state and carry liability insurance. However, PlumbLinker does not individually verify each plumber on every call. For your protection:

If you had a bad experience with a referred plumber, please email hello@plumblinker.com with details so we can address it with our network.

Privacy

We do not store recordings of your call beyond what's required for routing and quality assurance. We do not sell your phone number, address, or any other personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
