1. What PlumbLinker is
PlumbLinker is a referral service that connects homeowners with licensed local plumbers. PlumbLinker is not a plumbing company. We do not perform plumbing work, employ plumbers, or guarantee the quality, price, or completion of work performed by referred plumbers.
2. No professional advice
Information on plumblinker.com (including blog content) is for general informational purposes. It does not constitute professional plumbing advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Always consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.
3. Verification of plumbers
Plumbers in our partner network represent that they are licensed in their state and carry liability insurance. PlumbLinker does not individually verify these representations on every call. Before authorizing any emergency plumbing work, you should:
- Ask the plumber for their license number and verify it with your state's licensing board
- Ask for proof of current liability insurance
- Get a written or verbal estimate before work begins
You assume responsibility for verifying any plumber's credentials before authorizing work.
4. No guarantees
PlumbLinker does not guarantee:
- That a plumber will be available in your area at the time of your call
- The arrival time of any plumber dispatched
- The quality, accuracy, or safety of any plumbing work performed
- The price quoted or charged by any referred plumber
- That a plumber will accept the job, complete the job, or honor any warranty they offer
5. Pricing and payment
PlumbLinker is free for homeowners. We do not charge you for using the service. The plumber referred to you sets their own rates and bills you directly. Disputes about pricing, billing, or work quality should be addressed directly with the plumber, not with PlumbLinker.
6. Limitation of liability
PlumbLinker is not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Damage caused by a referred plumber's work
- Property damage that occurred while waiting for a plumber to arrive
- Disputes over pricing or work quality
- Misrepresentation by any plumber in our network
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from PlumbLinker's service is limited to $0, the amount you paid us to use the service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PlumbLinker harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or your interactions with referred plumbers.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing law
